1.How To Order From US:

1). Send us the Expected Purchasing product list and Qty in the format with company letter and contac details, Package Specification, Shipping Way.
2). We will send you back with details official quoation with details for your confirmation.
3). Upon your confirmation and deposit payment, we will inform our factory go ahead to arrange production.

2. Order Process Procedure:

Normally we will process your order within 5 working days upon payment confirmation from our finance. If any urgent shipment is required, pls contact us, we will have factory to specially prepare for your order. But we only release our delivery upon the payment finished.

3. Return Policy:

If an order is short shipped,or if the wrong product was sent, or if merchandise is defective or badly damaged, you can claim our compensation for your lose.

Shipping costs on returned merchandise are at the customer's expense.

Acceptable merchandise is not allowed to be returned. Any return or compensation must be claimed in 3 days after your receipt of the merchandise.
