In the past years, we usually supplied the small qty samples to our customer free of charge in express shipment. Based on our finance statistics report, it has become a burden to us and we need to have more people to prepare samples for our customers. Our profit is getting worse and it is getting difficult to run business in this way. In order to solve this matter in a reasonable way,we hope our customer could help to share the cost by paying the delivery fee.

We believe this will do favor to develop the business between your kind company and us. Most of our customers is doing in this way now.We sincerely hope it will be also workable to you.

Free Sample offerring Conditions:

Under following conditon, we pay the delivery fee at our side and offer free samples to customer.
1. Cutomers who have regular orders with us.
2. Free samples are used to test pesticide residua, and customer will give us test report.
3. New Developed products will be sent to our customers as free for our regular customers.

Under most conditions, we will request customers pay delivery fee for free samples. And the amount of free samples will be enough for quality test,say about 50g per type.

If free samples available to you, while delivery fee required to be paid by you, pls give us your DHL(or UPS, TNS) A/C no. We will send out samples on term of freight collect. In case of you have not any couier account, you can make payment to our account for delivery fee.

Pls feel free and let us know if you hope to receive large qty of samples from us, we will work with our team and get the approval from our finance if the condition is reasonable.

Two Kinds of Sample Selection for our customer.

1. Customerized Sample Selection:

1). List down all the tea type and qty, details receiving address and tel no, shipping way, payment selection.
2). We will send you the invoice sheet including the delivery cost.

2. Combined Bundle Samples Selection:

Our team also specially prepared samples with all the 28 types of our artisan blooming tea in special package (Each type with 5 buds, 1-2 bud in one transparent PET pacakge) for you to varify and taste. If you hope to receive the combined bundles of samples, pls feel free to let us know.

3. Finish the payment based on our invoice sheet and the payment guidance.

4. Upon the payment confirmation, we will inform the factory to prepare samples for delivery.
