It is hand picked, top two leaves and bud. Grown at an elevation of 1200 meters above sea level.100% pure oolong tea leaves, with nothing else added. The leaves are shaken in tubular  bamboo baskets to bruise the leaf edges. This process provides this Oolong's unique flavor.
A subtle citrus quality, akin to oranges, gives way to tropical floral accents.A sweet sugar cane-like quality harmonizes the two. The two render an tropical taste,  commenting on this tea's sub-tropical alpine origins.
